Clinician- Functional Family Therapy (Portland)

A Functional Family Therapist (FFT) works within a family focused and strength-based model. Functional Family Therapy is an evidenced-based, nationally recognized Blueprint family treatment model. FFT is a brief therapy model that ranges in length from 8-30 weeks with a total of 12-14 sessions.

We offer our Clinicians top notch benefits and up to 31 days of earned time. This position also includes an $1,000 training bonus, $500 paid upon completion of FFT Training, and $500 paid after 1 year of employment.

Position Includes:
Out of state specialized training by FFT, Inc.
Ongoing specialized training and supervision provided by trained on-site FFT supervisor.

Ongoing consultation with National FFT consultant, including annual training.
Providing family therapy in a home-based and office-based setting.
Participation in collaborative team meetings.
Active collaboration with other providers including case managers, corrections, schools, etc.
Flexible work schedule.
Some evening hours and travel required.

** If a new hire changes status to either part-time or per diem status during any of that timeframe, they will forfeit the sign on bonus that is yet to be paid.


The FFT clinician assists with at-risk youth and their families in making incremental, positive changes that lead to enhanced family functioning and reduced risk. Please see attached job description


LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW-cc, LCPC-c or LMFT-c license is required. New graduates will be considered and supervision is provided.
