Clinical Supervisor - Day Treatment

The Clinical Supervisor provides support to clinicians of the Day Treatment Program and training in best practices of TCI, CARE, ARC and SCERTS to all Glickman staff. Serves as member of building administration along with Program Director, Education Director and Assistant Education Director. Coordinates and manages treatment plans for all students. Provides oversight of all clinical tasks and reports.
Full-time position at Glickman Academy's Day Treatment Program. Coordinates and oversees treatment services for school-age students. Provides direct and group supervision to clinicians. Assists with provision of trainings for clinical staff and educational staff. Serves as a member of building administrative team including Program Director, APD-E and Assistant APD-E. Provides crisis management as needed. Able to train and perform TCI. Understands and can implement ARC procedures/strategies and SCERTS assessments and planning. Able to model and instruct staff regarding best practices for implementation of CARE. Other assignments as determined by Program Director.
Master level social work or related degree from accredited school. Maine State Licensure of at least LCSW level or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical and/or clinical supervisory experience is required. Must maintain required licensure and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinician at Spurwink is highly desired.
