Clinician - Child Abuse Program

Spurwink is seeking a motivated and collaborative clinician to join our child abuse program. This position could be full time (4-5 days per week) or part time (3 days per week) depending on the candidate's needs. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide individual therapy to children who have a trauma history. This position allows for collaboration with a dynamic multi disciplinary team of professionals. Spurwink provides internal continuing education and training opportunities as well as individual clinical supervision. In addition, we offer a generous external training allowance, expense money for therapy supplies, license reimbursement, company laptop and cell phone.
Duties include conducting psycho-social assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual therapy. Further responsibilities include submission of KePRO managed care entries for MaineCare clients, clinical documentation and electronic record keeping.
All applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Applicants with training in TF-CBT are preferred.
