Spurwink has a full-time opportunity for a bright, energetic, and organized Administrative Assistant to join the Spurwink team at our main office location. The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work collaboratively and independently, prioritize responsibilities, and multitask.
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical functions such as answering phone calls to the agency, directing calls and faxes, and greeting and directing visitors. The Administrative Assistant will also provide support to clinical and day treatment programs. Tasks will include scanning, supply ordering, sorting mail, information tracking, data entry, conference room reservation and management, and other various assignments fitting for the job, as assigned by the supervisor.
A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required for this position.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook are preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
