Administrative Assistant - CAP

Spurwink Services is seeking a motivated team member to work full time doing Intakes for our busy, team-oriented and multi-disciplinary environment supporting projects in our child abuse program. The candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy administrative assistant with the ability to multi-task.
The perfect candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: completing intakes for multiple services [including child abuse evaluations and psychological evaluations], triage intakes, some scheduling of evaluations, and coordinating with a team of clinical professionals.
The qualified candidate will have good customer service skills and sensitivity to individuals who may be experiencing trauma or stress. Ability to work well in a team is a must. Basic computer proficiency also necessary. High school diploma (or GED) and at least 1 year of relevant work experience required. Current Maine Driver’s license is required.
