HR Generalist - Documentation
*1. Accurately and timely administer HRIS data entry for new hires,
terminations, benefit changes, and other HR status changes as required.

contact for problem resolution regarding data integrity and file maintenance.

Human Resources Generalist – Compliance
*1. Develops and maintains ACA reporting and ensures communication
regarding eligibility is reported monthly.
*2. Tracks utilization, participation and costs benefit data; ensures that all
benefit records are kept up to date and regularly audited.
*3. Ensures OQMHP and BHP training, professional license, and certification
requirements have been completed and meet position licensing standards.
*4. Audits and tracks the HRIS data including ACA and OQMHP.
Professional Development Responsibilities:
*1. Serves as primary administrator for the LMS, including all management,
set-up and curriculum responsibilities for online students. Assists with
enrollment of all online participants for required training

Development reports and retention metrics.
