Clinical Support Specialist

Spurwink is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our clinical staff to ensure compliance of the DHHS licensing requirements. This role requires a minimum of computer literacy, strong organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work within a professional team setting. Experience with child development while working with special populations who have diagnosed psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities is preferred.
The desired candidate will be responsible for maintaining electronic medical records, updating continued stay reviews, behavior plans, and individual service plans; as well as, assist in all admission paperwork and processes. The desired candidate must participate in treatment team meetings and data collection. The desired candidate will write and/or provide documentation for quarterly reports, family visit forms, and other documents as needed.
Bachelor's degree and three years’ experience in a related field.
